Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) shall be furnished to the <br />City for review and approval. <br /> <br />. Complete construction drawings shall be submitted for review and <br />approval by the City along with the submittal of the final plat. <br /> <br />. Developer is responsible for installation of sidewalks along all streets <br />within the subdivision. <br /> <br />Options available to the Commission are as follows: <br /> <br />. Approval of the Preliminary Plat authorizes the developer to submit a <br />Final Plat. <br /> <br />. Conditional approval of the Preliminary Plat as filed. <br /> <br />. Disapproval of the Preliminary Plat requires submission of a new <br />Preliminary Plat. <br />
