CALL TO ORDER. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by Chairperson Muston at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 19, 2006, MEETING MINUTES. <br /> <br />Motion by Paul Berner to approve the Minutes of October 19, 2006. Second by Dottie <br />Kaminski. The motion carried. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Muston, Barrera, Berner, Finch, Kaminski, Linscomb, and Meharg <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />3. ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE TO REAPPOINTED MEMBER KIRBY LINSCOMB, <br />JR. <br /> <br />Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins administered the Oath to Commission Member Kirby <br />Linscomb Jr. <br /> <br />4. CONSIDER REPLAT OF "RETREAT AT BAY FOREST SOUTH" A SUBDIVISION OF <br />3.5804 ACRES OF LAND TO BE LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br />WHARTON WEEMS BOULEVARD AND SOUTH BROADWAY (OLD HIGHWAY 146). <br /> <br />The Staff Report was given by Masood Malik, City Planner. The applicant, Don Meeks, <br />has requested a replat of TR AS, 3.5804 acres of land. The applicant is proposing ten <br />single-family residential lots in the subdivision. Retreat at Bay Forest South is a <br />proposed residential subdivision to be located along South Broadway (Old Highway 146) <br />adjacent to the Bay Forest Golf Course. <br /> <br />Planning Director, Wayne Sabo, spoke about previous easement and cul-de-sac issues <br />that have now been resolved. <br /> <br />Motion by Dottie Kaminski to approve replat of "Retreat at Bay Forest South". Second by <br />Paul Berner. The motion carried. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Muston, Barrera, Berner, Finch, Kaminski, Linscomb, and Meharg <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />5.
