Submit the Development Agreement, Covenants, Conditions, and <br />Restrictions (CCRs) for the said subdivision prior to the Final Plat <br />submittal. <br /> <br />Options available to the Commission are as follows: <br /> <br />· Approval of the Preliminary Plat authorizes the developer to submit a <br />Final Plat. <br /> <br />· Conditional approval of the Preliminary Plat requires submission of an <br />amended Preliminary Plat and additional documentation as specified by <br />the Commission for final Commission approval. <br /> <br />· Disapproval of the Preliminary Plat requires submission of a new <br />Preliminary Plat. <br />
