CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MAY 22,2007, MEETING MINUTES. <br /> <br />Motion by Dottie Kaminski to approve the Minutes of May 22,2007. Second by Paul Berner. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT FOR PORT CROSSING, SECTION I. <br /> <br />City Planner Masood Malik presented staffs report The applicant has requested Final Plat <br />consideration for Port Crossing, Section I, which consists of approximately 12 acres in the Port <br />Crossing business/industrial park along S. 16th Street (Powell Road). Preliminary Plat approval was <br />granted January 19, 2006. The Final Plat was approved on March 16,2006; however the plat was <br />never recorded. <br /> <br />Russell Plank, the applicant, answered questions from the Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Paul Berner to approve the Final Plat for Port Crossing, Section I with the provision that <br />the approved SCUP, General Plan, and Development Agreement be applied to the entire project. <br />Second by Hal Lawler.
