The subject property is <br />adjacent to Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) to the west. Total area under <br />consideration is 32.1849 acres split between Johnson Hunter Survey (Town <br />of La Porte) and Richard Pearsall Survey. <br /> <br />The replat shows one block and 3 reserves. Approximately 22 acres of land <br />consist of Blocks 833, 834, 859, 860, 869, 870, 895, 896, 16' public alley in <br />these blocks, portions of West F, G, H, I, and South 17th Street right-of-way <br />between these blocks, closed and abandoned by the City of La Porte in the <br />Johnson Hunter Survey, Abstract 35. In addition, 10 acres ofland consists of <br />Tract lA, Richard Pearsall League, Abstract 625, La Porte, Harris County, <br />Texas. All ingress/egress easements to serve these reserves are along South <br />16th Street. Building lines and 50' wide pipeline easement granted to Humble <br />Pipeline Company along South 16th Street are shown on the replat. The <br />property will still be identified as an industrial complex/subdivision. <br /> <br />Under the terms of Section 4.07 of Development Ordinance1444, a replat of <br />all or a portion of a subdivision may be released for recordation and deemed <br />valid and controlling when the following conditions have been satisfied: <br /> <br />. The plat has been signed and acknowledged by only the owners of the <br />particular property, which is being replatted or resubdivided. <br /> <br />This requirement has not been satisfied. <br />Once approved by the City, all the required signatures will be obtained on the <br />mylar/reproducible. <br /> <br />.
