The uses which are allowed in General Commercial <br />are not always compatible with residential use, as we discovered with the hotel at <br />Driftwood. <br /> <br />The following uses which I consider objectionable are presently allowed in GC, <br />but not allowed in NC are as follows: <br /> <br />Agricultural services <br />J\nnusements(?) <br />Automotive dealern, repair <br />Building construction <br />Building materials <br />Eating and drinking places <br />Hotels and motels <br />Hospitals, labs <br />Laundry plants <br />Membership organizations <br />Mini-warehousing <br />Repair services (?) <br /> <br />Parking ramps and structures <br />Outdoor sales <br />Outdoor storage <br />Kennels, boarding <br />Kennels, breeding <br /> <br />Maybe we could consider this in a workshop soon.
