CALL TO ORDER. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by Chairperson Muston at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE TO REAPPOINTED MEMBERS, DOTTIE KAMINSKI, PAUL <br />BERNER AND ALTERNATE MEMBER HAL LAWLER. <br /> <br />Clark Askins, Assistant City Attorney, administered the oath of office to reappointed members Paul <br />Berner and Alternate Member Hal Lawler. Dottie Kaminski was not present at the meeting. <br /> <br />3. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 11, 2007, MEETING MINUTES. <br /> <br />Motion by Doretta Finch to approve the Minutes of October 11, 2007. Second by Hal Lawler. The <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Finch, Muston, Barrrea, Berner, Meharg, Lawler and Bird <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />4. CONSIDER REQUEST TO WITHDRAW PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKES AT FAIRMONT <br />GREENS, SECTION 9. <br /> <br />Mr. Malik reported that due to a change in the land plan, the Developer has requested the approval <br />for Preliminary Plat for Lakes at Fairmont Greens, Section 9, be withdrawn. The Commission <br />accepted the request for wilthdrawal. <br /> <br />5. CONSIDER 2ND ONE-YEAR EXTENSION REQUEST FOR SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PREMIT <br />#SCUOS-OOS FOR PRESERVE AT TAYLOR BAYOU. <br /> <br />Mr. Malik presented staff's report. Project Engineer, Deborah Mason, on behalf of the owner, has <br />requested a second one-year extension for Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU05-008 with the <br />existing permit conditions. The Commission had concerns regarding the need for an additional <br />extension. After discussion, the Commission agreed to approve the request. <br /> <br />Motion by Paul Berner to approve 2nd One-Year Extension Request for Special Conditional Use <br />Permit #SCU05-008 with the existing permit conditions. Second by Les Bird. The motion carried. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Muston, Finch, Barrera, Berner, Meharg, Bird, and Lawler <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />6.
