Un Engfneefiflg, 00 behalf of the owner, Not Fafrmont <br />Parkway Partners, Ltd., has requested approval of a subdivision plat for Fairmont Parkway <br />Business Park, creating a commercial reserve along Fairmont Parkway near Farrington <br />Boulevard in the Bayport Industrial District. <br /> <br />Bob. Klassen, of Sunbelt Commercial Builders, answered questions from the Commission and <br />distributed a plat of the subject property. <br /> <br />Staff recommended approval of the plat with the following provisions: <br /> <br />· Approval of Industrial District Agreement (IDA) and waterfsewer service agreement shall <br />be required by City Council. <br />· Landscaping/screening shall be required along Fairmont Parkway.
