Infrastructure <br />or utilities in the area would not be affected. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />· The requested change is compatible with the zoning and uses of nearby properties. <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the zone change request. <br /> <br />Actions available to the Commission are as follows: <br /> <br />· Recommend to Council, approval of the above zone change request. <br />· Recommend to Council, approval of a revised version of the above stated. <br />· Recommend to Council, denial of the above request. <br />· Table this item for further consideration by the Commission. <br /> <br />EXHfB IT A <br />
