Staff Presentation <br /> City Planner Eric Ensey presented the staff report for Agenda Items 7&8 simultaneously. <br /> Mr. Ensey reported on a zone change request by Joe Berry and Judy Berry to rezone the <br /> property at 11814 N. P St.from General Commercial to Large Lot Residential. The City's <br /> Land Use Map identifies the property as a commercial use,which necessitates the need for <br /> a Land Use Map amendment. Mr.Ensey also presented the staff report for the Land Use <br /> Map amendment. <br /> • Judy Berry, owner of 1502 Sens Road,intends to sell a 36.9'x 100' portion of her lot to her <br /> son Joe Berry,owner of 11814 N.
