CALL TO ORDER—Chairman Lawler called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS:—All Commissioners were present. <br /> 3. CITIZEN COMMENT (Generally limited to five minutes per person; in accordance with state law, the time may be <br /> reduced if there is a high number of speakers or other considerations.) <br /> No Comment. <br /> 4. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE MEETING MINUTES: <br /> a. Approve the minutes of the meeting held on January 16, 2020. <br /> Commissioner Kendrick moved to approve the meeting minutes; the motion was adopted, 8-0. <br /> 5. WORKSHOP <br /> a. Review of Comprehensive plan 2018 <br /> b. Discuss possible action steps for the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding implementation of <br /> the Comprehensive Plan 2018. <br /> Commissioner Kendrick made a motion to suggest approaching City Council with the proposal of outside input from <br /> a consultant for Main St. District improvements; the motion was adopted, 8-0 <br /> 6. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br /> Ian Clowes discussed the upcoming National APA Conference to be held in Houston, April 25-28, 2020. <br /> 7.
