City Planner Ian Clowes presented the commercial replat and provided background information regarding the <br /> purpose of the replat. <br /> Commissioner Warren moved to approve the commercial replat request #20-97000010; the motion was <br /> adopted, 8-0. <br /> 8. COMMERCIAL REPLAT #21-97000001: Consider approval of a Commercial Replat for Brookglen Section 3, <br /> Reserve K, a commercial development consisting of 2.55 acres, located at the northeast corner of W. Fairmont <br /> Parkway and Somerton Dr. and legally described as Brookglen Section 3, Reserve K, La Porte, Harris County, TX. <br /> City Planner Ian Clowes presented the commercial replat and provided background information regarding the <br /> purpose of the replat. <br /> Commissioner Allen moved to approve the commercial replat request#21-97000001; the motion was adopted, <br /> 8-0. <br /> 9. PRELIMINARY PLAT #21-97000004: Consider approval of a Preliminary Plat for Bay Creek Section 1, a single <br /> family residential development consisting of 28 lots on 5.091 acres, located at the northwest corner of McCabe Rd. <br /> and S. Broadway St. and legally described as Tracts A, 1A, and 2A,Abstract 30, WP Harris Survey. <br /> City Planner Ian Clowes presented the preliminary plat and provided background information regarding the <br /> purpose of the request. <br /> Commissioner O'Conner moved to approve the preliminary plat request #21-97000004; the motion was <br /> adopted, 8-0. <br /> 10. WORKSHOP: <br /> a. The Planning and Zoning Commission held an open session to discuss the findings of the Commission's <br /> subcommittee in regards to proposed changes to the City of La Porte's zoning map. <br /> The subcommittee is wrapping up their research and will be coordinating with staff to discuss future procedures. <br /> 11. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT: <br /> a. Council Action Update <br /> City Planner, Ian Clowes, gave an update to the Commission regarding council action on items previously heard <br /> by the Commission. <br /> b.
