Not only have <br />we gotten to know some of our neighbors better, we have all, I feel, become <br />more knowledgeable on the large lot issues. <br />I feel in general that we agree on various items such as setback lines, and <br />side building lines. <br />At this point, it appears that the major issue is whether we YVANT a lot <br />minimum or not. <br />My goal for the next meeting is to focus on this issue alone. <br />I would like to request that each committee member take the time PRIOR to <br />the meeting to think and make a written list to bring to the meeting. On the <br />list, please make a "Pro Column " and a "Con Column ". Then write your <br />ideas in each column. <br />Please remain open minded. An example would be: If you personally do or <br />do not want a minimum lot size, try to pretend you are on each side when <br />writing your list. <br />The decisions we are making are not just for each of us personally. They <br />are for all the members of our community. <br />Hopefully, after reviewing each member's list, we can create a unified list of <br />the pros and cons to discuss in a time effective manner. <br />Thank you so much for taking the time to do this, and for giving your time <br />for these meetings. <br />Sincerely, <br />Delecia Turner <br />Chairman <br />
