ROLL CALL <br />Roll called by Chairperson Turner. <br />3. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 4, 2004, MINUTES <br />Minutes of November 4, 2004, were approved as presented. <br />4. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE FORMAL RECOMMENDATION FOR THE <br />CREATION OF A LARGE LOT ZONING DISTRICT. <br />No action was taken on this item; will be discussed at a later date. <br />5. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE FORMAL RECOMMENDATION FOR THE <br />CREATION OF BOUNDARIES FOR A PROPOSED LARGE LOT DISTRICT. <br />No action was taken on this item; will be discussed at a later date <br />6. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE FORMAL RECOMMENDATION FOR THE <br />CREATION OF REGULATIONS REGARDING A PROPOSED LARGE LOT DISTRICT. <br />It was the Committee's consensus to keep the following existing ordinance regulations: <br />- minimum lot size -1 AC <br />- minimum lot width -100 LF <br />- minimum yard setbacks - 25-15-5 (F-S-R) <br />- maximum height - 45 FT <br />- minimum site area/unit -1 DU/A <br />It was the Committee's consensus to make the following changes to the current ordinance <br />regulations: <br />- maximum lot coverage - 40% (encompasses all below) <br />- accessory buildings - no size limits, no height limits other than 45 FT <br />- accessory buildings - no maximum square footage, no minimum distance from lot lines (up to <br />40% coverage) <br />- no limits to the number of accessory buildings (up to 40% coverage) <br />- barns only on side and rear yards <br />- eliminate controls on type of vehicle/equipment to be parked on land <br />
