Our <br />proposed sanitary sewer project, which is being partially funded through <br />the Environmental Protection Agency, will be inadequate to serve your <br />project since our system was designed by E.P.A. standards to service the <br />existing developed portion of the district only. 4Je regret in having to <br />deny your request for services. <br />Sincerely, <br />Cecil E.
