Clean documents will be provided <br />at the meeting. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />The TIRZ Project Plan anticipates creating a Redevelopment Authority for the purpose of <br />aiding, assisting, and acting on behalf of the City and TIRZ Board in certain areas. Also, <br />a Redevelopment Authority has broader powers than those granted to a TIRZ Board. It is <br />anticipated that the Redevelopment Authority (with Council's approval) will be active in <br />the following areas: <br />
