Mr. Askins referred to Section 78-223 of the Code of Ordinances and noted that <br />as long as the applicant has received proper notification, which has been done, the <br />Committee may consider the evidence and take action. He noted there have been three <br />public hearings on this matter. <br /> <br />D. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Mr. Sabo closed the public hearing at 2:36 p.m. <br /> <br />5. CONSIDER POSSIDLE ACTION TO SUSPEND, CANCEL, OR REVOKE WRECKER <br />PERMIT NUMBERS 475,476,477 AND 478, ISSUED TO DE WALT'S TOWING, LLC. <br /> <br />During discussion, Mrs. Wilmore responded to questions from Committee Members. <br /> <br />Motion by Lt. Carl Crisp to suspend Wrecker Permit Numbers 475, 476, 477 and 478, issued to <br />De Walt's Towing, LLC, for a period of 45 days or until stated violations have been abated and <br />after 45 days to meet again to review further and consider additional action. Second by Martha <br />Gillett. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />6. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br /> <br />There were no administrative reports. <br /> <br />7. COMMITTEE COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no committee comments. <br /> <br />8.
