The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm by Mayor Clemea Donaldson. <br /> <br />Members of the Y AC present: Clemea Donaldson, LaSadra Hillman, Mia Parisi, <br />Shelby Barnett, Brandon Lunsford, Chaise Merritt, Pierr Castillo, Hiba Haroon, <br />Carol Parmer, Laura Low,and Margo Curette. <br /> <br />Staff members present: Crystal Scott <br /> <br />2. Approval of regular meeting minutes from previous meeting ofFebmary 3,2004. <br /> <br />3. Introduction of new Y AC members not present at last meeting: Lionel Garcia, <br />Joseph Hernandez, and Irene Garza. <br /> <br />4. Shelby Barnett and Hiba Haroon presented a list of possible sponsors for the <br />fashion show. <br /> <br />5. The group agreed to assist the Parks and Recreation Department with the Skate <br />Clinic on March 13 at 10:00 am and the Easter Egg Hunt on April 13 at 10:00 am. <br /> <br />6. Pierre Castillo was elected Sergeant at Arms due to the absence of Gregory Riley, <br /> <br />7.
