<br />.J <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />OF THE <br /> <br />LA PORTE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> <br />DECEMBER 15, 1981 <br /> <br />1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Grant at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: Sidney Grant, Bill Thompson, Andy Wilson, <br />John Albanese, Linda Mains <br /> <br />Others Present: Donald Johnson of U.S. Homes <br /> <br />2. The Board considered the minutes of the November 17, 1981, <br />meeting. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Grant to approve and adopt the minutes <br />as submitted. Second by Albanese. The motion carried, 5 <br />ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Grant, Thompson, Wilson, Albanese and Mains <br />None <br /> <br />3. The Board considered a request for variance by Donald Johnson <br />to the 25 foot front set back building line at 5009 Glen <br />Valley. <br /> <br />After some discussion by the Board, a motion was made by <br />Wilson to grant the variance to permit a 20.5 front set <br />back line at 5009 Glen Valley in the Glen Meadows Subdivision. <br />Second by Thompson. The motion carried, 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Grant, Thompson, Wilson, Albanese, Mains <br />None <br /> <br />4. Administrative Reports: <br /> <br />The Board discussed a change of meeting night. It was a <br />unanimous decision to change meeting night for the Board of <br />Adjustment to 7:00 P.M. on the fourth Thursday of each month. <br /> <br />5.
