Since the proposed use would see the cleaning of <br />possible hazardous waste, drainage design and construction must be <br />done thoroughly and properly. <br /> <br />These items will be expensive and must be accomplished by Dana if the <br />site is to be viable. <br /> <br />.RE~OMME!mA TION <br /> <br />The area in question is suited for the proposed use. It is adjacent <br />to a large new car marshalling and preparation area. The area is <br />proposed to be "Heavy Industrial" under the proposed zoning plan. It <br />is the recommendation of the staff that if the above challenge can be <br />met and overcome that the special use permit for a truck terminal and <br />truck wash be granted. <br />
