Paulissen, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Front Yard Fence - 3329 Bernard <br />Blk. 5; Lot 64; Spencer Highway Estates <br /> <br />Mr. Odis R. Freeman has asked that a variance be granted for <br />his front yard fence which is located at the address indicated <br />above. <br /> <br />By State Law a variance must be based on hardship as defined <br />by said law, i.e., 'Undo hardship that due to topography makes <br />Ordinance unenforceable'.
