Iv! . <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Members of the Board of Adiustment Present: Jeanne Zemanek, <br />Jack Humphrey, Cecil Knight, Jim Parson <br /> <br />Members of the Board of Adiustment Absent: Vivian Covington, <br />Deborah Bernay, Gladys Roth <br /> <br />Others Present: Dr. and Mrs. Reed Tolles; Chief Building <br />Official/Zoning Administrator David Paulissen; Assistant City <br />Attorney John Armstrong; Charlie Young <br /> <br />2. The public hearing was called to order to consider the <br />request of Dr. Reed Tolles for a special exception to rear <br />yard requirements. <br /> <br />Dr. Tolles addressed the board regarding his request. David <br />Paulissen gave staff's recommendation, which was to grant the <br />special exception to rear yard requirements. <br /> <br />3. The minutes of the meeting of the Board of Adjustment held on <br />October 30, 1986, were considered for approval. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Jack Humphrey to approve the minutes. <br />Second by Cecil Knight. The motion carried, 4 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Zemanek, Humphrey, Knight, Parson <br />None <br /> <br />4. The Board considered the request of Dr. Reed Tolles for a <br />special exception to rear yard requirements. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Jack Humphrey to allow the rear of a <br />proposed structure to encroach four (4) feet into the 10-foot <br />required utility easement setback.
