The nature of said violation being as <br />follows: <br />Erection of a structure that does not meet the set back <br />requirements of section 5-700 of Ordinance 01501. <br />P1ota therefore, you are hereby notified to abate said <br />violation within .a0 days from receipt of this notice is hereby <br />designated as a reasonable time within ~•rhich such abatement <br />should be accomplished.
