At <br />the time the building was purchased by the applicants, it was <br />being considered for demolition as a dangerous building. The <br />Nieuwenhuis! since acquiring the building have been actively <br />engaged in its renovation. To date the restoration and <br />remodeling which has taken place has primarily involved repairs <br />to the existing structure.
