The <br />permit was denied based on the provisions of Zoning Ordinance <br />Section 10-605.6 which states, "All areas intended to be <br />utilized for parking space and driveways shall be surfaced with <br />materials suitable to control dust and drainage." <br /> <br />Backqround: <br /> <br />L. Based on this site plan, the driveway would extend <br />approximately 95 feet into the property with an overall length of <br />approximately 110 feet. <br /> <br />On July 23, 1991, Mrs. Guillot applied for a building permit <br />to allow construction of a gravel driveway. The permit was <br />denied based on the provisions of Zoning Ordinance Section 10- <br />605.6 which states: "All areas intended to be utilized for <br />parking space and driveways shall be surfaced with materials <br />suitable to control dust and drainage." <br />
