He then told <br />the Board he and his wife are building a new home at <br />2101 Shirley Lane and feel the use of concrete or <br />asphalt would imply a continuation of Shirley Lane' and <br />invite unauthorized traffic onto their property. He <br />stated in the past a car did drive onto this property <br />and wrecked on the concrete slab at the north side of <br />the land.
