<br />Page 4 of 5 <br />Zoning Board of Adjustment <br />Minutes of November 11, 1993 <br /> <br />· The setback area shall be maintained in accordance with <br />the requirements of Ordinance 1358 as a grassed area. <br />There shall be no paving in this area. <br /> <br />· The setback area shall be graded in a manner that will <br />prevent storm water run-off onto adjoining properties. <br /> <br />· There shall be no outside storage in this area. <br /> <br />· Any lighting shall be hooded or otherwise arranged in a <br />manner that will direct light away from adjoining <br />properties. <br /> <br />· There shall be no doors, windows or other wall <br />penetrations within 20 feet of the rear property line <br />except for passage doors if such are required as <br />emergency exits by the City's Building or Fire Code. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Charles Christensen. All were in favor and the <br />motion passed. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />Mr. Lewis informed the Commission there would be a December Board of <br />Adjustment meeting. Due to the Christmas holidays, the tentative dates are <br />set for either December 2 or December 9. Board Members are asked to <br />contact Mrs. Lee as to what date is best for them. <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Chairman Bernay declared the meeting duly adjourned at 7:24 PM. <br />
