Code manufactured home on the above described property. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The applicant owns the property located at 230 Dwire in the Bay Oaks Subdivision. She <br />also owned and resided in a H.D.D. Code manufactured home that was located on this <br />property. On July 25, 1993, this structure was heavily damaged by fire. The damage to the <br />home apparently was such that the applicant considered it to be unrepairable. Subsequent <br />to the fire, Ms. Stevenson chose to have the home demolished and removed from the <br />property. The City neither required nor recommended this demolition. <br /> <br />On October 28, 1993, Ms. Stevenson filed for a building permit to allow placement of a new <br />H.D.D. Code home at 230 Dwire. On October 29, 1993, the permit application was denied <br />by the Building Official. The denial was based on the provisions of Ordinance 1501, Section <br />4-201.
