PROPONENTS <br /> <br />Chairman Bernay swore in C.L. Poteet. Mr. Poteet asked the Board to grant <br />approval of the variance request. <br /> <br />B. OPPONENTS <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />Bob Capen made a motion to approve Variance Request #V94-003 with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />· The driveway be widened to 20 feet. <br /> <br />· The asphalt driveway should be removed and replaced with a <br />reinforced concrete drive that is finished to match the other drives <br />onto the property. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Charles Christensen. All were in favor and the motion <br />passed. <br /> <br />IV. CONSIDER VARIANCE REQUEST V94-004, REQUESTED FOR 233 SOUTH <br />CARROLL. VARIANCE IS REQUESTED TO THE FOLLOWING ZONING <br />ORDINANCE PROVISIONS: RESIDENTIAL SIDE SETBACKS, GARAGE <br />REQUIREMENTS, DRIVEWAY SURFACING REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />Mr. Lewis reported there were 19 public notices mailed; 2 replies were received in <br />opposition, none were received in favor and 2 were returned undeliverable. <br />
