<br />Page 2 of 3 <br />Zoning Board of Adjustment <br />Minutes of June 23, 1994 <br /> <br />Mr. Harrington noted that, as proposed, the development would not be contrary <br />to the best public interest nor would it be contrary to the intent and spirit of the <br />Zoning Ordinance. Staff recommended approval of Variance Request #V94-007 <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />Minimum side setback shall be 10 feet. <br /> <br />· Minimum rear setback shall be 10 feet. <br /> <br />· Minimum driveway width shall be 25 feet. <br /> <br />· Prior to permit issuance, a landscape plan for this site shall be <br />submitted for review by the City's Director of Planning. <br /> <br />· The date and specifics of this variance shall be noted on the <br />certified site plan that is to be submitted prior to permit approval. <br /> <br />· This variance does not constitute a building permit nor does it <br />supersede the requirement to obtain a building permit prior to <br />developing this site. <br /> <br />Mr. Harrington stated eleven (11) public notices were mailed to surrounding <br />property owners and two (2) were returned undeliverable. <br /> <br />A. PROPONENTS <br /> <br />Chairman Bernay swore in Cynthia Colvin Koehler. Ms. Koehler <br />told the Board she was purchasing the property from Mr. Brieden. <br /> <br />B. OPPONENTS <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />Bob Capen made a motion to approve Variance Request #V94-007 with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />· Minimum side setback shall be 10 feet. <br />
