Nonconforming Use Irmpection Checklist <br />The enclosed Inspection Checklist should be used in field <br />inspections and be held in the file. <br />B. Sample Staf( Report <br />• The enclosed Staff Report or similar form should be used for <br />presentation to all boards, commissions, etc. <br />C. Nonconfonning Usee Information Form <br />• The enclosed Nonconforming Uses Information Form should be <br />used for permanent file information. <br />Nonconforming Uses Information Form should also be used as <br />an exhibit for future staff reports to boards, commissions, etc. <br />D. Photographs (or videotapes) <br />• Photographs of the existing conditions aro critical to the Iega1 <br />evidence presented to the ZBA.and the public. Photographs <br />also provide an opportunity to visualize the existing conditions <br />for those who are unfamiliar with the site. <br />• Photographs provide evidence of "beforo/after" conditions. The <br />°after° photographs should be presented to the ZBA as a follow <br />up to their enforcement actions. - <br />E.
