This permitrecogriizes that the Blackwells exceed the two animals' per acre <br />maximum as established in the zoning ordinance, and to conduct the hotse stable <br />. . J . <br />business. Under the current ordinance, this non-conforming use is to be revie~ed by the' <br />board of adjustment. <br /> <br />This permit does not allow for the expansion or intensification of the' horse staQle. What <br />it does allow for is the continued use of the horse stable as a business, and to '~xceed the <br />number of animals per acre limitation (Section 106-263 of the City's zoning o~dinance). <br />There is also no set limitation on the life span of this non-conforming use. ' <br /> <br />During a period of obselVation, dating from January 2000 to present the nUmber of <br />livestock on the parcel in question has not exceeded the maximum of two anlm~ls per <br />acre.
