Zoning Board of Adjustment <br />Minutes of June 1, 2000 <br />Page 6 <br />Motion by Rod Rothermel to grant Robert and Kevin Blackwell an Exemption from <br />- Extended Useful Life Requirements for continuation of horse stable activities at 10427 N.. <br />"L" Street. Motion seconded. by Charles Schoppe. All were in favor and the motion carried.. <br />Motion by Ruben Salinas to grant Robert -and Kevin Blackwell an Exemption from <br />Extended Useful Life Requirements for continuation of welding shop activities for personal <br />use at 10427 N. "L" Street: Motion, seconded by Willie Walker. All were in favor and the <br />motion carried. <br />The Board considered staffs recommendation to require removal of an unsafe, corrugated <br />metal fence that had been constructed by the Blackwells. While a permit was issued for <br />construction of the fence, there has since been standards imposed on construction materials <br />that render the fence.'a'nonconforming structure. <br />Motion by Ruben Salinas to require removal, by Kevin and Robert Blackwell, of a fence <br />deemed nonconforming per Section 106-266(2) of the Code of Ordinances. Motion <br />seconded- by Bob Capen.. All were in favor and the motion carried. <br />VII. STAFF REPORTS <br />There were no staff reports. <br />VIII.
