Based on the applicant's proposed site plan and their expressed desire to improve <br />the overall site, staff recommends the BOA consider granting the applicant's request for <br />"Exemption from Extended Useful Life Requirements" subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Require the proposed changes in traffic flow to the site as shown on the <br />applicant's site plan (Exhibit E) and described in this report. <br />2. Require the relocation of the on-site truck parking area as shown on the <br />applicant's site plan (Exhibit E) and described in this report. <br />3. Require the installation of new site fencing as shown on the applicant's site <br />plan (Exhibit E) and described in this report. <br />4. Require the installation of dust-free parking and driveway materials <br />throughout the site. <br />5. Require the installation of new site landscaping as shown on the applicant's <br />site plan (Exhibit E) and described in this report. <br />6. Require the installation of new wastewater treatment equipment (meeting <br />minimum city requirements). <br />END OF REPORT <br />
