Zoning Board of Adjustment • <br />Minutes of Meeting March 27, 2003 <br />Page 2 <br />Appeal granted and showed the Board photographs relating to the subject. Mr. Ogden <br />answered questions from the Board and Staff. <br />Chairperson Grant swore in Ralph Hampton, who is Mr. Ogden's project manager. Mr. <br />Hampton presented his interpretation of Sections 106-261 and 106-262 of the Code of <br />Ordinances as related to the subject and answered questions from the Board and Staff. <br />Chairperson Grant swore in Al Ward. Mr. Ward addressed several issues noted in <br />Staffs Report and answered questions from the Board and Staff. <br />B. OPPONENTS <br />No opposition was presented. <br />Chairperson Grant swore in Assistant City Manager John Joerns. Mr. Joerns spoke of his participation <br />in the matter and attempted to clear up some confusion by answering questions from the Board. <br />Chairperson Grant acknowledged the Board's receipt of copies of public notice responses, all favorable. <br />Chairperson Grant swore in Mary McLane. Neither proponent nor opponent, Ms. McLane, who <br />resides across the street from the subject property, feels all nonconformities should be afforded the <br />same latitude. <br />Motion by Rod Rothermel to deny Appeal of the Enforcement Officer's Decision ,#A03-001. Second by <br />Ruben Salinas. The motion carried. <br />Ayes: <br />Salinas, Rothermel, Capen, Schoppe, Maltsberger, and Grant <br />Nays: <br />None <br />Abstain: <br />None <br />V. STAFF REPORTS <br />No staff reports. <br />vi.
