The <br />applicant, - Mariana Rea, has requested a 4' exception to the 10' side yard setback <br />requirement on a comer lot at 238 S. Holmes St <br />B. PROPONENTS <br />None. <br />C. OPPONENTS <br />Chairperson Grant swore in Jo Wright, of 221' S. Homes. Ms. Wright wanted clarification <br />as to why it is considered a comer lot. <br />Mr. Malik stated it is comer lots 21 & 22 of block 72. <br />Motion by Bob Capen to approve Special Exception #SE03-007; to allow construction of a home <br />with a four -foot (4) exception to the ten -foot (10) side yard setback requirement on a comer lot. <br />Second by Charles Schoppe. The motion carried. <br />Ayes: Capes, Schoppe, Rothermel, Maltsberger, and Grant <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />8. STAFF REPORTS <br />None. <br />9.
