Front yard areas. <br /> <br />No fences, structures, grading, or barrier hed~es shall be permitted within any front yard <br />areas except in the 'case of large lot residential lots, or in the case of lots with a front yard <br />directly adjacent to the shoreline of Galveston Bay, as provided in section 106-792. <br /> <br />Sec. 106-792. Fences or trees placed upon utility easements are subject to removal at the owner!s expense <br />if required for the maintenance or improvement of the utility.
