<br />Zoning Board of Adjustment <br />Minutes of March 23, 2006 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Motion by Rod Rothermel to approve Appeal of the Enforcement Officer's Decision #A06-003, <br />allowing the applicant to rebuild the second floor of the existing detached garage and enlarge <br />the second floor from 480 sq. ft. to 720 sq. ft., extended over the carport located at 303 S. Iowa <br />Street. Second by Charles Schoppe. Lakes at Fairmont Greens, Section 1, will be located along Wharton Weems Blvd @ SH 146 <br />. Fire Station #2, Spencer Hwy. adjacent to Baker Jr. High - Grand Opening last week <br />· Police Dept. site plan under review <br />. Bay Area Blvd. scheduled to open mid-April <br />.
