F"SI\1'-c <br />_Exception from a Rear Yard setback requirement? <br />_Exception from a Yard setback requirement on comer lot? <br /> <br />Does the Front Yard exception result from the actual Front Yard setback of any abutting <br />lot not meeting the front yard requirement or when existing Front Yard setbacks of the <br />various lots in the same block are not uniform?
