ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br /> <br />Mr. Malik provided an update on the progress of Lakes at Fairmont Greens Subdivision and <br />advised the Board that all structures at 200 Garfield have been demolished. <br /> <br />Tim Tietjens, Planning Director, invited the Board to attend a key ceremony planned for a HOME <br />Grant recipient at 210 N. 6th Street on July 29 at 11 :00 a.m. <br /> <br />5. BOARD COMMENTS <br /> <br />Chairman Maltsberger noted that plans have been approved and permits issued for the next <br />Habitat for Humanity home to be built. <br /> <br />6.
