ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br />Mr. Malik provided an update on the progress of Hurricane Ike aftermath. The City hired <br />consultants to review properties believed to be damaged by Hurricane Ike. <br /> <br />City Council has recently approved plans for the 5 points plaza development. Plans for a ten-story <br />office building have been approved. <br /> <br />The next Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting is scheduled for December 4,2008. <br /> <br />6. BOARD COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no comments from the Board. <br /> <br />7.
