Consider Variance Requests #V09-005 & #V09-006 for the property located at 10323 Apple Circle <br />North, being lot 20, Block 3, Fairmont Park East, Section 12, W.M. Jones Survey, A-482, La Porte, <br />Harris County, Texas. Bill Herrick, property owner's agent, seeks variances 1) to waive minimum <br />3' setback adjacent to utility easement in a rear yard and 2) allow additional covered area <br />exceeding 40% maximum lot coverage for single-family dwelling. These Variances are being <br />sought under the terms of Section 106-192 (b) of the Code of Ordinances. <br /> <br />A. STAFF PRESENTATION <br />Masood Malik, City Planner, presented Staffs Report. <br /> <br />B. PROPONENTS <br />Bill Herrick, property owner's agent, spoke in favor of the Variance. <br /> <br />C. Those homes are <br />currently under construction. <br /> <br />The South Broadway Bridge is expected to be completed before Thanksgiving. <br /> <br />8.
