Staff Presentation <br /> Planning Technician,Chase Stewart, presented staff's report on a variance request 18- <br /> 93000006. <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance to allow for a portion of their newly constructed <br /> driveway to have a reduced setback from 3 feet down to 0.5 feet. The additional driveway <br /> width would permit additional vehicles to park on site as opposed to within the right of way. <br /> b. Applicant Presentation <br /> Lisa Erwing Keen and Bobby Keen, 121 Erin Ct. explained how the additional driveway width <br /> would alleviate the need for some vehicles having to park within the cul-de-sac right of way. <br /> c. Public Comments <br /> None. <br /> Chairman Rothermel closed the public hearing at 6:41 p.m. <br /> d. Question and Answer <br /> Board member Hoot agreed that parking on cul-de-sacs is difficult and stated he had no <br /> issues with the proposed request. <br /> Board members Warren, Pool, and Crittenden agreed with Member Hoot in that they had <br /> no opposition to the request. <br /> Motion by Phillip Hoot to approve Variance#18-93000006. <br /> Second by Chester Pool.
