It would be our plan to negotiate this when the I.D.A.'s are renewed (2000). <br />• Beautification, setbacks, land uses etc. <br />• Several issues related to land use and improved visual image along major roadways into the <br />City were discussed at the February V workshop. These were addressed in the following <br />matter. <br />• A section on additional regulations and restrictions was added to the policies and to the <br />utility service agreements in a proposed Exhibit A. <br />• This Exhibit A is where Council would consider and approve on a case by can basis any <br />special regulations or restrictions referred to in the policy statement (such as setbacks, <br />landscaping, berms, beautification, etc.) <br />• Exhibit A also requires new developments to provide a stormwater plan approved by Harris <br />County Flood Control District and City.
