Virginia St.,La Porte, addressed Council in opposition of the proposed <br />regulations governing operation of Group Care Facilities (a/k/a group homes, community homes, <br />residential personal care homes, living centers and assisted living centers) and mentioned <br />discussion held at a recent City of La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting.He <br />provided a survey of area cities on this subject. <br />6.CONSENT AGENDA <br />–Consent agenda items are considered routine by the City Council and will <br />be enacted by one motion. ACouncilmember may remove any item for discussionand/or separate <br />action. <br />(a) <br />Consider approval or other action of the minutes of the City Council meeting held on <br />February13, 2012 –P.
