PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />(Limited to five minutes per person.) <br />Barbara Norwine,202 S. Lobit, addressed Council concerning traffic issues. Ms. Norwineinformed <br />Council there were vehicles speeding and 18 Wheelervehicles traveling on S. LobitStreet. <br />5.CONSENT AGENDA <br />(All consent agenda items are considered routine by City Council and will be enacted <br />by one motion.
