Absent: <br />CouncilmembersMosteitand Zemanek.Also present were City Secretary Patrice Fogarty,City <br />Manager Corby Alexanderand City Attorney ClarkAskins. <br />2.INVOCATION <br />-The invocation was given byFather Gary Rickles–St. Mary’s Catholic Church <br />3.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />-The pledge of allegiance was led by Mayor Rigby. <br />4.PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />(Limited to five minutesper person.) <br />Phillip Hoot, 927 Seabreeze, addressed Council regarding the proposed budget and the possible <br />percentage of overhead expenses. <br />th <br />Larry Haller, 122 S. 17, declined to comment at the present time. <br />Deb Gallington, 811 Oak Leaf, addressed Council in favor of the city continuing to fund membership <br />with Bay Area Houston Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. <br />Joe Bertuglia, 101 E.
