Zemanek, Jr.,candidate for At Large A, elected; declaring Tommy Moser, candidate for District 4, elected; declaring Jay Martin, candidate for District 5, elected;and cancelling the May 11, 2013, general election. OnJanuary 28, 2013, the City called a general election for May 11, 2013, for the purpose of electing aCouncilmember At Large A and Councilmembers for Districts4and5. The incumbents for At Large Aand Districts 4and 5filed an application for a place on the ballot. No other candidate filed forposition At Large A or Councilmember Districts 4and 5by the deadline, nor were there any declared write-in candidates. Pursuant to Section 2.052 of the Texas Election Code, the City Secretary has certified these candidates as unopposed and has attached a copy of this certification to theproposedOrdinance as Exhibit A. Action Required by Council: Consider approval or other action adoptingan ordinancedeclaring the candidates for At Large A and Districts 4 and 5unopposed;declaring John P.
