Whereas, Russell Ybarra grew up in the restaurant industry, starting his career in the kitchen <br />washing dishes, learning first hand all the facets of the restaurant industry, and later started his <br />own businesses with his brother Troy known to the La Porte community <br />Kitchen and Bullritos; and <br />Whereas, Russell and his wife, Monica, graduated from La Porte High School; and <br /> <br />Whereas, Russell has been an active supporter of many La Porte community groups, including <br />the La Porte Education Foundation, who is proud to count Russell as one of its most active and <br />long-tenured supporters; and <br /> <br />Whereas, ; and <br /> <br />Now, Therefore, I, Louis R.
