Councilmember Engelken questioned if the City had visited with Houston-Galveston Area Council on <br />their position on the Ike Dike studies and suggested staff approach FEMA for contributions. <br /> <br />Councilmember Martin questioned City Manager Alexander if there is a designated fund should the City <br />decided to contribute. Mr. Alexander responded a contribution of $10,000 or below would come from <br />the General Fund.
